– Al Harqan is one of the champions of the Qatar National Sprint Championship in O5 class. He won twice in his class during the 1st and 4th rounds of the 2006 season
– He achieved the 3rd place in the 1st round of the Middle East Hill Climb Challenge, front-wheel drive category in Syria 2007
– He ranked the 11th in the Sealine Desert Rally of the 2012 World Desert Rally Championship
